Where do I meet the driver at Tashkent Airport?
Our team meets you at the UZVIP welcome desk in the arrivals hall, just past baggage claim and customs. A representative will be waiting with a sign displaying your name.
What kind of car will I get for a business trip?
For business travelers, we most often provide a BMW 5 Series or Mercedes S-Class. For groups, we offer Mercedes V-Class vans and Mercedes Sprinter minibusses for small teams and larger delegations.
Can I book a car upon arrival without a reservation?
Yes. If you arrive without a booking or need a vehicle sooner than planned, you can arrange a business-class transfer directly at our desk in the arrivals hall. However, advance reservation is recommended to minimize any waiting time for a car.
What happens if my flight arrives early or is delayed?
We track your flight and adjust the pickup time accordingly. Your driver and vehicle will be
ready at your actual arrival time, at no additional charge.
Is the service available at night?
Yes. UZVIP operates 24/7, and our dispatch team speaks English, Russian, and Uzbek.
